Duel Test Store

Landing page. The global duel-analytics.js tag is loaded here so it can capture the affiliate clickthrough (?duel_a=…) — exactly as it would on the first page of a real store.

How to use

  1. In the Duel dashboard, open the E-store tab and set this page as the Store Homepage URL.
  2. Add these query params to that e-store URL:
    • origin — the script host you want to test: classic Vision (vision.duel.me) or the portal host. Host only, no https://. Defaults to vision production if omitted.
    • slug — the brand slug for the account you're testing against (pre-fills the checkout).
    • checkoutOnly — optional. When present, the Vision script loads on the confirmation page only (not here or on checkout), mirroring a store that embeds the tag on the success page alone.
  3. To start the journey as a shopper would, open the advocate's portal link <portal_url>/a/<username>. The portal redirects to this e-store URL with duel_a appended, so the clickthrough is captured here. (For a quick local test you can instead append &duel_a=<code> by hand.)
  4. Then walk Checkout → Confirmation. The order attributes to that advocate under the chosen brand.
